About Pioneer Air Systems

In the spring of 1980, Pioneer Air Systems, Inc. was founded in the midst of a deep recession in American industry. Because of economic conditions, Pioneer took on many projects and challenges that other companies were reluctant to attempt. Soon, our position of "nonstandard equipment is our specialty" built us a reputation as innovators and engineers who could solve the toughest challenges.

Today, there are more than 60,000 Pioneer products and systems in use.

Pioneer succeeded because of our people's willingness to solve problems, the daring to be innovative and the commitment to do every project no matter how large or small exceptionally well. Pioneer Air Systems was founded in 1980. With its innovative thinking it transformed the compressed air treatment industry.

Today, Pioneer Air Systems leads in designing & building Instrument Air Dryers for the Petro-chemical and
Oil & Gas industry.

We convert deadly CO to CO₂ in compressed air to make it suitable for breathing air purposes.

Besides air, we clean & dry Nitrogen, Natural Gas, Hydrogen, Helium, Ethylene, Seal Gas, OxyPurge
(with MONEL vessels and Teflon lined piping) etc. at pressures up to 10,000 PSIG.

Over the years our technology & know-how has morphed into providing renewable & non-renewable clean energy solutions. We process Bio Gases (Landfill, Digester, Food/ Agriculture etc.) at low (inches of WC, medium
(< 15 PSIG) and high (> 15 PSIG) pressures. We remove H₂S to comply with most Gen-set/Engine and
Turbine specifications andcondense SILOXANES down to PPB levels to clean dirty bio gases for Fuel Cells.

We separate CO₂ & liquids from Bio & Natural Gases.

We cool or chill air, gases & liquids to desired temperatures.

We provide stand alone components/sub-systems as well as factory integrated systems with compression, cooling, filtration, drying & gas separation on a single skid, complying with CSA; NEMA 4/12; Class 1,
Group A/B/C/D, Division 1/2 as well CE standards, as required.
